Terms and Conditions of Cancellation and Refund – Cascina Salaco B&B, Tropea

Thank you for choosing to stay at Cascina Salaco B&B in Tropea. Before confirming your reservation, please read the following Terms and Conditions regarding cancellation and refund carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation for free within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date.

1.2. Cancellation with Debit: If cancellation is made between the 30th day and the 15th day prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

1.3. Late Cancellation or No Show: In case of cancellation made within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date or in case of no show (no show), the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

2. Changes to the Reservation:

2.1. Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in price changes.

2.2. Any changes (adding bed space/additional services) to the reservation must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

3. Reimbursement:

3.1. In case of cancellation in accordance with the above policies, a refund of the amount paid will be processed within 15 business days.

3.2. No refunds will be made for late cancellations, no shows or shortened stays.

4. Payment:

4.1. Payment of the total reservation amount is required upon confirmation.

4.2. We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.

5. Variations from Part of the B&B:

5.1. In the event that, for reasons beyond our control, we have to make significant changes to your reservation, we will contact you promptly to arrange an acceptable solution.

6. Special Conditions:

6.1. High season periods or special offers may have different cancellation and refund policies. Check specific conditions at the time of booking.

6.2 Tourist Tax:

The tourist tax provided by the municipality of Zambrone is €2 per person per day to be paid separately from the booking fee.
